I am amazed with this place! not because its exquisite style, delicious italian food and superb atmosphere but because it is a hidden paradise in the heart of Nueva Andalucia! It is not easy to find but everyone knows about it! How do they do it!? Only they know the secret and people seems to like it. And I love it !!
I had the best Pasta with Lobster ever! a bit spicy with fresh tomatoes… Wow! The perfect evening dining outside in that wonderful terrace with the most beautiful natural surroundings and excellent wine… Does it sound like a dream? Its better!!
Salotto is simply gorgeous . The restaurant opens everyday from 7pm to let you enjoy a special evening with breathtaking views over the Aloha Golf gardens, charming hospitality, excellent service and top quality food. And private parking service! What is not to like? I left with a big smile and the thought of wanting to come back again soon.Very soon!

Estoy impresionada con éste sitio! No tanto por su deliciosa comida, estilosa decoración y gran ambiente, sino por que es un paraíso escondido en el corazón de Nueva Andalucía. No es fácil encontrarlo pero todo el mundo sabe dónde está! Me pregunto cuál es el secreto de su éxito para que a todo el mundo le fascine… ¡ Yo incluída!
La verdad es que me conquistó su Pasta de langosta y tomate fresco picante…Wow! La velada perfecta. Cenando en esa maravillosa terraza rodeada de naturaleza y con un vino excellente… ¿A que parece un sueño?
Salotto es simplemente precioso. Este templo italiano abre todos los días a partir de las 7 de la tarde para hacerte disfrutar de una cena especial con unas vistas increíbles, una hospitalidad a la italiana, un servicio magnífico y una comida insuperable. Además de aparcamiento privado! ¡¡¡No hay nada que no guste!!! Dejé Salotto con una gran sonrisa y el deseo de volver otra vez pronto. ¡Muy pronto!!
Paris… esa ciudad de la que todo el mundo habla y a ninguno disgusta… La ciudad del amor, de las bellas boutiques, de los paseos por sus interminables calles y chic avenidas… La ciudad de las flores, de la elegancia y del arte… sin olvidar su buena gastronomía! Esas exquisitas brasseries y cafés que se encuentran a cada paso y que te obligan a parar…aunque sea para sentarte y ver pasar la vida a la francesa! Ay Paris… qué haríamos sin tí!!!

Cada vez que puedo y ahorro dinero… bueno, mucho dinero! me escapo a París. Es una de esas ciudades, junto con mi querida Londres, que me cargan de energía positiva. Una parada obligada es en L’ATELIER, el magnífico restaurante de Joël Robuchon. Éste enigmático de la cocina ha hecho de la comida francesa todo un arte de la seducción… Y vaya si seduce… como nadie!!! No me extraña que sea considerado uno de los mejores cocineros del mundo y esté galardonado con 2 estrellas Michelín. Bien merecido! Sin duda, es una experiencia única!
Everytime I can and save some money, well… a lot of money! I go to Paris. It is one of those cities, without forgetting my darling London, that charges me with positive energy! An obligatory stop is at L’ATELIER, a must seen restaurant owned by Joël Robuchon. This enigmatic chef has turned the french cousine into seduction… no kidding seduction!! Oh my God! What a man! It is not a surprise why his restaurant is considered one of the best restaurants in the world and has won 2 Michelin stars! No wonder!!! It is sublime! Unique! Oh la la!! La la la la la la!!! He deserves the award! It is a unique experience!
At the kitchen everything seems an interesting mix
El restaurante no tiene mesas, todo discurre en una barra que rodea la siempre impecable cocina. Desde tu sitio privilegiado observas a los cocineros realizando su labor sin perder un ápice de elegancia, muy parisino… todo está perfectamente calculado y el resultado no puede ser otro que espectacular!.
The restaurant has no tables… just a long bar around the surprisingly always clean kitchen! From your privileged place you can watch the chefs preparing the dishes without losing a bit of elegance, very Parisian… everything is prefectly calculated and the result can not be other that spectacular!

El menú es simple a priori… hasta que lo pruebas y descubres que podrías casarte con unos simples espárragos verdes!! La carta de vinos es inmejorable. Sin duda, aquí lo simple se transforma en mágico.
The menu seems simple a priori… until you try it and discover that you could easily get married with a few simple green asparagus!! Crazy! And let,s no forget the wine list… it is superb! Certainly, here the simplicity meets the magic talent of Joël Robuchon.
