MLW13 Day III: Salvatore Ferragamo and La Zagaleta

Salvatore Ferragamo, junto con La Zagaleta, protagonizaron la otra mejor fiesta de clausura de MLW13. Una noche llena de sorpresas con un artesano florentino realizando, en directo, la mítica sandalia multicolor Rainbow, creada en 1938 para la actriz Judy Garland e inspirada en los musicales americanos. ¡Toda una obra de arte! Y de nuevo, Dani García sorprendía con su maestría culinaria de dos estrellas Michelín. Importantes empresarios y personalidades de la Costa del Sol se dieron cita en un evento que clausuró la mejor edición, hasta la fecha, de Marbella Luxury Weekend.

Salvatore Ferragamo, together with La Zagaleta, staged the other best MLW13 closing party. A night full of surprises with a Florentine craftsman making the legendary Rainbow multicolor sandal, created in 1938 for the actress Judy Garland and inspired by American musicals. A very exclusive piece of art! And again, Dani Garcia surprised with his ​​culinary expertise of two Michelin stars, whilst important business personalities from Costa del Sol gathered at an event that closed the best edition, to date, of Marbella Luxury Weekend!.

¡Hola chicas! Como sabéis, la semana pasada la Capital se vistió de gala y fue testigo de la fiesta de la Primavera de Harper´s Bazaar (fotos aquí) y de la fiesta de Rochas con Olivia Palermo (fotos aquí). Aunque, sin duda, la fiesta que más cautivó a los fashionistas fue la presentación de la nueva Colección de Prêt-à Porter de Salvatore Ferragamo ss13, en el Hotel Santo Mauro de Madrid. Además del desfile, los invitados disfrutamos de la presencia de un artesano florentino que elaboró, en directo, ¡uno de los bolsos de la colección de Ferragamo! Las mujeres mostraron sin pudor el estilo indomable y lleno de personalidad de la firma italiana. Estaban impresionantes, ¿verdad?.

Hello dolls! As you all know, last week Madrid witnessed the celebration of many  events, such as the Spring Party with Harper´s Bazaar Magazine and Tous (photos here) and the Rochas Party with Olivia Palermo (photos here)! Undoubtedly, the most captivated event for fashionistas was the presentation of the new Prêt-à Porter Collection of Salvatore Ferragamo SS13, at the stylish Hotel Santo Mauro. Guests enjoyed  the presence of a craftsman, from Florence, who produced one of the bags of the Ferragamo collection; while women wore the indomitable style and strong personality of the Italian Brand. They were all stunning! Don´t you think?.

Oriental Trend

Siempre me ha gustado la tendencia Oriental, pero ahora me obsesiona. ¡Cuando ví ésta chaqueta/blusa en Zara no me lo pensé dos veces! Cuando Oriente se encuentra con Occidente cualquier cosa puede pasar… Y tú, ¡ya has caído en la tentación Oriental?.
I am so much into Oriental trends lately. When I saw this jacket/blouse at Zara I didn´t think twice to get it. When Orient meets Occident anything can happen… It gets that magic touch to any outfit, don´t you think?

Me encantan los looks con sudaderas. Ésta de Zara de nueva colección, en particular. Me gusta el color, la forma y el mensaje: Natural Charm. Sin duda, tiene cierto encanto natural, ¿verdad?.

I love sporty looks. This jumper from Zara is my latest adquisition. I like the colour, the shape, the message: Natural Charm… The is something charming about it!, don´t you think?.

Snake Skin under the Sun

Me encanta aprovechar los soleados días del Otoño  y tomar un «break» de las bufandas, jerseys y abrigos que nos esperan en los próximos meses. Asi que hoy he sacado los estampados de serpiente, en mi clutch de Zara y pitillos de Berska, y nos hemos enroscado bajo el sol de Noviembre.

I really enjoy taking advantage of the sunny days of my lovely autumm and having a break from the scarves, sweaters and coats that await us in the coming months. So today I got the  «must have» snake prints in my Zara clutch and Berska skinny  jeans and we all became one under the sun… such a nice feeling!
