Las rayas marineras han venido para quedarse, temporada tras temporada. Y lo curioso de todo es que NO me canso de ellas, ¡para nada!. En éstas fotos vuelvo a hacer de las mías mezclando un poquito de todo, ¿os gusta el resultado?.

The stripes are here to stay!!!. It is a non stop season after season and guess what: I don´t get tired of it!! Instead I like them more and more every time. Does it happen the same to you? How do you mix your stripes?.

Asturias = Paraíso Natural

Estoy pasando unos días en una casita rural preciosa, en Asturias. Ahora entiendo por qué lo llaman Paraíso Natural. Lo es. Sus playas salvajes escondidas, su buena gente, sus valles, los distintos tonos de verde del paisaje, las rutas, las sendas entre helechos, el contacto tan directo con la naturaleza, las vacas blancas y negras de cuento, la brisa fresquita del Cantábrico… ¡¡y qué me dices de la comida asturiana!!. Ex qui si ta. Nada que envidiar a ningún restaurante de estrella Michelín. Esto es vida.

He traído una maleta con ropa cómoda a base de shorts, tops anchos y sandalia plana. Cuando sale la nube y refresca me pongo unas botas y una buena chaqueta de punto y a disfrutar de la belleza de éstas tierras asturianas. Y es que menudos sitios bonitos tenemos en España, ¿no os parece?.

I am spending a few days in a lovely blue little cottage, in Asturias. Now I understand why they call this area Natural Paradise. It is!!!. All those hidden wild beaches, charm and happy people, the valleys… The different shades of green in the landscape, the mysterious paths among ferns, the magic contact with Mother nature, the black and white cows, the cool breeze of the Cantabrian… And what about Asturian food!!!. Exquisite. Nothing to envy to any Michelin star restaurant. Nothing!. Let me tell you something: THIS is life.
I brought a suitcase with clothing based in comfortable shorts, tops and wide flat sandals. When the cloud comes out and it gets cold I put on some boots and a good cardigan and ready to enjoy the beauty of Asturias!. I am amazed with all the beautiful places we have in Spain. Have a nice weekend!!!.

SPICE IT UP IN BERLIN

Berlin es una ciudad fascinante, cosmopolita, espectacularmente inmensa, llena de barrios diferentes con sus bares, restaurantes, músicos callejeros, cultura, magia,  historia… y, por encina de todo, posee una creatividad como pocas. O mejor dicho, como ninguna. No importa lo que diga sobre Berlin, a cada persona le hace sentir de una forma especial. !Yqué talento!  Berlin es única.

Berlin is a fascinating city, cosmopolitan, spectacularly huge,  full of different neighborhoods with their bars, restaurants, street musicians, culture, magic, history …  and a special talent like no other. No matter what I say about Berlin, it will surprise you the way it makes you feel and its contagious creativity. Berlin is unique!

Lo que queda del muro de Berlin no necesita presentación. El East Side Gallery refleja más de un kilómetro y medio de arte libre. Artistas venidos de todo el mundo han querido dejar su sello. Impactante, verdad?

The remains of the Berlin Wall is the famous East Side Gallery, more than one and a half  kilometers of free art by international artists from all the globe shaping a bit of their spirit. Something to remember!

Cada rincón de la ciudad te sorprenderá con una forma de arte diferente. Desde la cúpula de Norman Foster, pasando por la puerta de Branderburg hasta Tacheles, donde el arte urbano se fusiona con lo friki. Grafitti en su máxima pureza y esplendor..

 Berlin is pure art. There is always something to surprise you. From Norman Foster dome, to Tacheles where the urban art or graffitis meet the freak. Without forgeting the monumental Branderburg gate.
